"Had the pleasure of learning from Carl last weekend during the Mobility Cert. w/Kstar. I can't describe how beneficial it was to furthering my coaching knowledge. I didn't think I could learn so much about executing and teaching 'basic' moves like pushups and pullups much less stuff like freestanding handstand pushups." - Rob Mcbee
