Naka proudly announces our partnership with House of Air this week, bringing Naka's action sports specialty training program into House of Air's new state-of-the-art trampoline park in San Francisco.

House of Air officially opened its doors on September 17th, supported by Gold Medalist freestyle skier Jonny Moseley as the official "Ambassadair" and Carl Paoli of Naka Athletics as the Head Coach of the House of Air Training Ground.  “We are here to develop the best Freestyle athletes on the planet and bring the next generation of Olympic athletes to the table,”  says Coach Carl Paoli.  This unique facility and training program is expected to be a huge hit for the action sports community in the San Francisco Bay Area and intends to raise the bar on freestyle coaching standards around the world.

The Naka methodology is inspired by the solid strength and conditioning program known as CrossFit, but applied with a sports specific training bias. In collaboration with San Francisco CrossFit lead by Kelly Starrett DPT, Naka has been successful in increasing athletic performance by focusing on mobility, biomechanics, nutrition, gymnastics movements, and sports-specific needs.

At House of Air, Naka will extend its comprehensive action sports training program to implement strong foundations in aerial awareness, and in a safe and controlled environment. Athletes will get the opportunity to receive progressive, expert coaching methods for a variety of aerial maneuvers, from Olympic level trampolining to X-Games style tricks.

Naka Athletics continues to build strong alliances with sports specific coaches and facilities in the action sports world.  We are proud to be on the same team as House of Air, and the sky IS the limit for our athletes!
