At Naka Athletics, we believe that nutrition is the foundation for any kind of human performance. Naka nutrition is based on clean eating–from the Paleo Diet (Clean diet based on Meat, Vegetables, Fruit, nuts and seeds that come from an organic and environmentally friendly and sustainable source) to Zone Diet (Balanced proportions protein, carbohydrate and fats). The only supplements we recommend is Fish Oil, due to the general population’s average weekly fish intake. Getting blood work is always an option if this is something the athlete wants to do, but we guarantee that adopting a proper diet will take your blood values to SUPER HEALTH and feel the difference immediately.
