Naka Open
Naka Open is a strength and conditioning class dedicated to all action sports athletes or individuals wanting to learn how to train like an athlete. This class will teach proper weightlifting techniques to enhance strength and power and will also focus on basic gymnastics to increase agility, mobility and flexibility. Naka Open will combine weightlifting and gymnastics with high intensity training in order to deliver optimal fitness and performance.
Note: The Naka Open class is currently on hiatus until further notice.
Naka Teen
Naka Teen is a strength and conditioning class dedicated exclusively to teenage athletes or teenagers wanting to learn a new sport and/or train like an athlete. This class will teach proper weighlifting techniques to enhance strength and power and will also focus on basic gymnastics to increase agility, mobility and flexibility. Naka Teen will combine weightlifting and gymnastics with high intensity training in order to deliver optimal fitness and performance.
