Trampoline Training

>Services / Trampoline Training

Trampoline training is an essential component of our program at Naka Athletics. The trampoline gives our athletes a chance to learn basic air control principles and application to Freestyle movement. In addition, the athlete can also perform their skills on sports specific equipment like snowboards, skateboards, skis and BMX bikes in a safe and controlled environment.

Trampoline training offers simulation practice and creative new movement patterns.

Benefits:

Athletes will learn and train in a safe and controlled environment, experience sports simulation, and perform indefinite repetitions and with the opportunity to be creative and expand the athletes skill box.

Skills and tricks:

Athletes will get exposure to and learn how to master a variety of movements from simple straight airs, tuck jumps, straddles and pikes, to elite level Olympic Trampoline skills, such as double fronts, backs and even triples seen in USAG T&T standards.

With the standardized training progressions designed by Head Coach Carl Paoli, athletes will learn freestyle movements such as mities, d-spins, rodeos, flat spins, corks and many other off-axis maneuvers seen in the action sports world.
